Tenet EC Located at Tampines Street 62 by Qingjian Realty
Tenet EC is a new development located right at the heart of Tampines by Qingjian Realty. The housing and development board has released a public tender for an executive condominium plot at Tampines St 62. The site is part of the Reserve List of the GLS programme, and bids will be evaluated from July 2021. The site is close to town services and will have direct access to the Cross Island Line.
The joint venture behind Tenet EC project has won the land tender. The developer is expecting to sell the plot at $422 million, which works out to $659 psf ppr. If the developer is successful in getting the land tender, the project could be worth an additional $680 million, which would make it a much more affordable investment.
